Dragon Wealth has a Conflict of Interest Management Policy in place in compliance with the FAIS Act and the General Code of Conduct for Authorised Financial Services Providers. A copy of this policy is available on request. Dragon Wealth does not accept gifts or hospitality from product providers that could reasonably be construed as influencing our objectivity. All remuneration arrangements with product providers are disclosed to clients in the relevant product disclosure documents.

6. Complaints and Disputes

Dragon Wealth is committed to treating clients fairly and resolving complaints promptly and equitably. If you have a complaint, please contact us in writing at: info@dragonwealth.biz. We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and aim to resolve all complaints within 30 days of receipt.
